The Station at Crestline Heights is conveniently located in Birmingham, Alabama, near UAB,  and between the neighborhoods of Crestwood and Mountain Brook. We’re just minutes from Downtown Birmingham, making it easy to enjoy the best of the city while coming home to a peaceful, comfortable community.

Yes! The Station at Crestline love our furry family members. Our pet rent is $25/month, and a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for 1 or $500 for 2 is due at move-in. Two pet max and no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply. 

Full-sized washers and dryer come standard in all apartment homes at no extra cost. 

Every apartment at The Station Crestline has Elevator Access.

We have a dog park, along with excellent sidewalks in the neighborhood to walk your dog! Plus, several trails, dog parks, and dog trails are within minutes!

Yes! Our community is proud to offer access controlled buildings, amenities, and elevators, all of which are seamlessly integrated with our smart-locks for your front door access. 

Our community is within a 10 minute drive of the UAB campus. 

Our community offers excellent locality to some of Birmingham's favorite shopping, and restaurants. We are located within minutes of Crestline Village, Mountain Brook Village, English Village, and Downtown Birmingham. 

The Station at Crestline is within minutes of several breweries, golf courses, The Botancial Gardens, The Birmingham Zoo, shopping, bars, restaurants, parks, and trails.

Our security deposit starts at $250 for well qualified leasees. 

We have a $200 one-time admin fee per apartment, and a $100 application fee per adult applicant. Both are due at the time of application. 

You can apply for the exact apartment you prefer on the "Floorplans" page of StationCrestline.com. Once you have selected your preferred move-in date, and apartment home you select "Lease Now" where you will be forwarded to our Online Leasing platform. You will register ypur account. Please have your government issued photo ID and verifiable proof of income ready. We make this process simple! Once you have paid the app and admin fees a member of our team will reach out to your to confirm the application is complete or let you know if there is any additional information needed. Please note we do ask for up to 3 business days to receive your application results, and availability for specific apartments may be is limited by move-in date. We are happy to offer a waitlist if the apartment you want is not available for the timeframe you want.
